Intelligent transaction management
  1. Initial IntakeFor new transactions provide general information for these categories:
    • Actors - Buyer, Seller, Lender, Lienholder, Other
    • Units - Vessel, Tender, Trailer, Jetski
    • Jurisdictions - Where the units are going to (State / USCG)
  2. Transaction DetailsProvide specific details about the transaction - Lender, Lienholder, Specific State and/or USCG filing needs
  3. Document GenerationAuto Selection of custom and agency templates (Word and PDF) based on transaction details
  4. Agency FilingSubmit Agency package(s) and update transaction action items to maintain progress to completion
  5. After Transaction CompletionOnce completed the transaction moves to Renewals board
